Nomination Categories
- Submit TSU sample by August 28 (if you would like to submit your heifer(s) to Zoetis genomics contests)
- Pay $150 per heifer by September 15 - follow the instructions in the acceptance email
- Submit final photo(s), details, and final catalog description by September 15
- Submit final video(s) by October 1
- A catalog draft and website preview will be sent to you to confirm the details of your heifer(s) by September 25
- Approval or edits must be sent by September 28 (no response will considered acceptance)
If Accepted:
Accepted heifers require a $150 entry fee and an additional consignment fee of 10% of the final sale price. There is a no-sale/scratch fee of $100 unless approved by the committee.
- Fill out the nomination form between June 1 & July 15
- You may nominate up to three heifers per division. Divisions include halter broke weanlings, halter broke bred yearlings, single pen (non halter-broke) bred yearlings.
- One heifer per nomination form
- A preliminary video and photo of each heifer is required to be uploaded to the form for the purpose of selection for the sale (DON’T WORRY, updated photos and videos may be submitted for accepted heifers to use on the website and in the catalog at a later date.
- You will be notified of decision by August 1
- You will receive a separate email for the decision of each heifer you submit

This nomination process will prioritize registered or purebred, and AI sired or bred by AI heifers.
