Consigners

You may move into the Eugene auction yard as early as Monday November 10th at noon
Your heifer will receive her lot tag and a dose of Intra nasal Inforce vaccine to help ensure their health through these crazy couple days!
You can then move them into their stalls where there will be two bags of shavings/per heifer. More will be available for purchase for $5/bag. If you have multiple animals in the sale they can be penned together to keep each other company.
Please bring your own feed! There are clean sanitized water buckets in each stall, or you are welcome to bring your own. It is well water so it wont smell like chlorine. But you may still want to bring some of your own water.

Move in

There will be some Linn Benton College Judging team students available to lead animals into the ring if you do not want to. Pen lots will be sent to the ring loose. They are being sold as a pen, not choice of. Think about what you want your reserve to be on your animal.
There will be a wash rack area. You will need to bring a generator for blowers and clippers. I would suggest that it will be more of a blow and go situation and not worry too much about fitting.
There are 3 spots available for washing (room for about 4-6 animals)
Preview starts at 10 am. Lunch will be served at noon and there will be presentations on Heifer Development from Zoetis and Purina. You could tie animals for a while before lunch if you want. We might have a larger pen to tie animals in that people can walk around them. We aren’t sure yet.

Day of Sale

Please have copies of registration papers, signed papers to be transferred, or be prepared to transfer your animal immediately.

If you are available for a back haul for sold animals please let us know! If you are from out of state please also make sure your travel docs are passed on to the buyer.

If an animal is bought out of state boarding is available for a few days at Adrienne or Jens farms, so that any needed health papers can be generated
